My journey with Yoga started back when I was at University while training in Physical Theatre. From day 1 was intrigued, and then a year or so later I was hooked. 5 years of practice and one lockdown lead me to finally book on to and attend my teacher training with The Sacred Fig in Portugal. One diagnosed hip impingement and 4 training courses later - here I am. It has taken me a while to really figure out what kind of practice that I want to share, and I know that it will change and evolve continuously just like everything in life does as nothing ever stays the same. Yoga also plays a huge part alongside my career as an Actor - 5 years of professional training and 5 years in the industry (so far) has fulfilled me with a great deal of knowledge, particularly about the body and breath.
